Return Policy

Products Return Policy for foreign customers

We will take back the product if the product that you have received is defective or damaged, or you have received a different product than the one you have ordered.

In that case, our shop will exchange the product, at our expense, or will refund you its complete cost.

Custom fees and uncollected parcels return:

We don’t take any responsibility for customs clearance and any possible custom fees in country of destination. If you haven’t received the parcel in time estimated by your country postal service, for any reason, and because of it the parcel has been returned to the sender – you could be able to get compensation, but only when we get the parcel back.

The sum of compensation excludes cost of shipping.

Warranties:

We provide DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy for all our products, which means that item did not work when received by the buyer. If you receive damaged or defective item – we will exchange it, of refund you money. You have two days from the date you received the parcel, for initiating all the required procedures for returning the product or getting compensation.

Products which are non-returnable:

All heat elements – Atomizers, Clearomizers, Cartomizers, Tanks etc, which have already been used.

Also, the liquids for cigarettes refill are non-returnable.

 


 

Products Return Policy for Israeli customers

You can return any product within two weeks from the date you received it. We will exchange the not working item to a new one, or refund you money. The product should be packed in its original package, without any scratches or other mechanical damages.

Warranty

The warranty is for two weeks, for battery blocks of any type. The warranty is valid only if the item is used correctly.

Non-returnable products:

All heat elements – Atomizers, Clearomizers, Cartomizers, Tanks etc, which have already been used.

If you purchase an electronic cigarette and decide to return it, the compensation sum will include the device cost only. It excludes the cost of used heat elements.

Also, the liquids for cigarettes refill are non-returnable.

If you purchase an electronic cigarette which is sold with a liquid, the cost of liquid will be excluded from the sum of compensation, when you return it.

Products return after two weeks:

We provide products exchange or money refund only if the cause of malfunction is factory defect. If the item malfunctions due to incorrect usage, you will not be compensated.

The Vap-Café.com administration will finally decide to accept or reject a request for compensation, in each individual case, according to item examination results.
